What seems to be absurd is that Sony asked Youtube, LLC to provide all information they can get of all the viewers, commentators on the now private Youtube video page – even our private IP addresses.

In addition to that, they also demanding Twitter to reveal the identities of hackers in fail0verflow team as well as @KaKaRoToKS. Well, that’s going to be a hell of documents.

Anyway, back to PSN… Like any situation in life you have three options:

1) Buy a second PS3 (Sony will like you more), hack it or use it for PSN, and do the opposite with your current console;

2) Forget your current hacks and upgrade your console to firmware 3.56 right now;

3) Sit, chill, and wait for future hacks potentially getting you back on PSN … but you know the risks involved with that.

Thats illegal. Sony can't get ip addresses of users that viewed a youtube video, we have a right to watch anything we want, and just cause we watched the video doesnt mean that we jailbroke our ps3s.. stupid and fake.

Most of these hackers are like 9 years old? They are sick! how can Sony go around saying shit like that and scary 9/10/11 year olds? That company really doesn't wanna see what's coming for them in the future. They are seriously pushing it over the edge.

I have to agree with that, I know some 8yr old that hacked his ps3 so he could play snes games cause his snes broke

"If" they pull through with this then i certainly will NEVER buy any Sony branded items EVER again, No matter what it may be, Computers, Headphones, TV's and so on. This if way out of line from sony, Why is it they're taking this so seriously now? They didn't push hard like this when PSP was hacked which is rampant with Piracy, Or PS2. In all seriousness, I will not support a corporation that turns they're back on it's customers JUST BECAUSE they watched a video about they're failure. I will certainly counter sue them if they ever tried to sue me over watching a damn video.:FU:
