3) Sit, chill, and wait for future hacks potentially getting you back on PSN … but you know the risks involved with that.

Although this sounds ludicrous for Sony to go through with this it's still possible. If the judge is in Sony's back pocket then he or she would issue a subpoena unfortunately. Our justice system is imperfect and there's corruption everywhere. Lots of innocent people are in prison because of B.S. like this.

Just because someone's IP address has shown up as viewing the video dont mean it was that person who viewed it. It could have been spoofed or even had the WIFI hacked so it could be there next door neighbour, so without Proof of who it was Sony cant do much.
