I think that it is fair that we can't log onto PSN with 3.55 because of the fact that PSN belongs to Sony, and they can do what they want with it. Because we physically own this ps3, they can't do anything to it. However, it is perfectly logical and fair that we can't access PSN without updating. I do not see a problem with this.


Doesn't mean I'm not mad I can't sign in though. I just think it's fair.

They won't even ban you. Would you rather not sign in or get banned? Way better than banning people in my opinion. That way, you have the option. That's why it's fair for Sony to do this.

Im not even worried about playing online, but this took away my netflix and all. BS.

I just got so annoyed I updated to 3.56 - hehe still hosting CL'z tho

I'm pretty sure that's because Netlix is offered with PSN.

I'm still not sure if to update or stay on 3.55. The only reason i'm really on it is because i have all my backups and i love playing games like Gran Turismo 5 and LittleBigPlanet 2... I miss PSN though... 3.56 is going to win me over :/
