I think that it is fair that we can't log onto PSN with 3.55 because of the fact that PSN belongs to Sony, and they can do what they want with it. Because we physically own this ps3, they can't do anything to it. However, it is perfectly logical and fair that we can't access PSN without updating. I do not see a problem with this.


Doesn't mean I'm not mad I can't sign in though. I just think it's fair.

I'm laughing at the ignorance of people in this thread. I have a PS3 on Kmeaw 3.55 and have not updated, I'm not stupid. You guys really just don't understand. Sony was smart in doing this, it was within their rights and they could have easily banned you instead.
