it could be legit could because if some one sent evidence of you haveing modded stuff sony would take action as i was swearing online and sony gave me a warning

No, im on 3.56.
I think im being ****ed over im PS+ if that makes any difference :S
also my phone would reckognise the number. (its a HTC Wildfire) and it would either say 'Unknown' or their phone number but this text says its from SonyUK
