still waiting for some good news... a never hacked ps3, always with OFW receiving this e-mail, that would be very good news, if some unhacked ps3 receive e-mail it's just sony trying to scare us, but till now looks like it's real

My statistics:

-Restored PS3 2 days ago.
-3.56 FW.
-Email.

I believe it's sent to everyone who owns a PSN account, because they are not adressing directly to the hackers, but adressing about them, and about bans if you do not follow the ToS.

its was sent to every body theres no way they can pin point all pepole who have CFW i got the email and i am on OFW 3.56 iwas on 3.55 till i pussied out:embarrassed:

I was on 3.55 CFW, updated to 3.56 and deleted all my homebrew, and yes, today at 7:02 i got an email from sony saying they know i have pirated or illegal software on my ps3 or something like that... :S kinda worried

changes the headers sent out from 3.55 to 3.56 and your pc uses a dns server to say it the authentication server and redirect you to psn
