I got this eMail yesterday!

At sunday I already deleted everything like this:

I was on CFW 3.55, and quick-formated my HDD and then updated to OFW 3.56

Was the eMail sent to everyone or just to those who have been using homebrew?

I've not had it (I never hacked my PS3 atall)

That's bad.. cause I deleted everything and now I maybe face a ban :FU:

To alot of people, I know.. but those who didn't hack haven't got this message.

And I deleted all homebrew like 4 days before :S

just restore your console if you're so worried about it

It was just a universal message that many users got from what I've read.

People who have CFW or who used to have CFW and updated will get this email.

If you have restored your system to 3.56 you will not get banned, says Sony Support.

They will ofcourse do whatever they please...
