I got this eMail yesterday!

At sunday I already deleted everything like this:

I was on CFW 3.55, and quick-formated my HDD and then updated to OFW 3.56

Was the eMail sent to everyone or just to those who have been using homebrew?

I got one 2. You didnt have to do all that, you should just update straight from 3.55CFW to 3.56, thats all i did and didnt get banned.

Yeah but I haven't gotten one, and I've never used CFW. So, just because you got the email and deleted everything (or deleted everything and still got the email) doesn't necessarily mean you are in the clear.

Sony could still come in and mass ban everyone who has ever used CFW, we will just have to wait and see what happens. One things for sure, if they ban everyone, I would hope that Xbox sales go through the roof, and not PS3 sales.
