I read the first line and decided to disagree with whatever you're saying. Any new TOS make it even worse for what people want to do... the "old" TOS clearly said that you couldn't hax0r your ps3...

if i read the subject right and the first sentence i believe this thread is about a question and not you thanking hackers (there is a button that leechers cant hit to do that). back to the question with these TOS " has sony beaten you hackers??" well i also have a 3.41 ps3 an do the data transfor and can always delete the cfw on my 3.56. but does that mean your safe from the ban aswell. because in the TOS it states about data not just firmware. is the game data for patches detectable or will you be banned for patches too.......
that is why the 3.41 matters to some hackers and this thread

Let me clarify a few things here I never claimed to be a hacker nor am I an internet tough guy. I have a life outside of playstation, playstation to me is entertainment. I should of said are the new tos gonna make it more challenging for the hackers. I have been gone for a long time and this is the only system I have ever played and it was beginning to bore me until all of you geniuses came up with new and exciting things. SO THANKS AGAIN AND THANKS TO ALL THE SMART@ZZES FOR THERE POSITIVE FEEDBACK.
