Obviously we want Geohot to win but I don't see it happening. SCEE are too big and have too much $$ to flash around.

Lets see, Geohot has a case against the fact that its legal to hack your mobile devices, so why not your console? But, Sony has the $$'s, I'm still going to go with Geohot though, if this case is taking so long that means something is going on, right?
