Call sony, They will ask details. Security question etc etc. Then if you tell them all the details correctly they will give you the account back and also the kid who stole your account will be banned.

i would rather not call them i would rather email them i posted this just incase i had to call them becuase im not doing that but what if the person changed the security question when he stole my account

The best thing to do is email their custom service email and ring sony up on their customer service hotline.

Their service is quite good, I got my account deleted when some guy took it and was using my credit card within 10 minutes of calling.

You just provide them with the details they ask to prove you're the owner, then they'll do whatever for you.

A security question cannot be changed no matter what it cannot be changed.

I got scammed this past friday by a guy named Go And NvME he took my psn card without paying for it i know the feeling. I wish you good luck.
