Hello ive just bought a turtle beach PX21 and the mics working good but i cant here game volume , i have watched manny tuts on youtube but my tv hasnt got the lead where you insert the audio for HDMI but it has HDMI cables for PS3

I had sort of the same problem with mine, the sound suddenly stopped working.
Best bet is to just muck around trying things with the cables. I just used a different slot on the back of my tv and it worked fine

You bought Px21s WHY? don't you know there horrible i ran through 3 of them and i didn't treat them like shit. my rooms pretty organized.

The wires on them suck they're probably shorted out go back to where you bought them and GET A REFUND!

I got these head phones a couple of months ago, i followed this TUT
Worked perfectly, well explained and installed with out any trouble.



Also try putting MW2 on and go into the options to turn up game sound?

If you have the standard component cables, all you have to do is insert the Yellow lead to the TV, and run the Red and White ones into the extension for the PX-21s. If your TV doesn't have an HDMI out, you don't need that cable.

Also, to the guy who said PX-21s suck; They are $80 and work pretty damn good for their price level. I constantly have them sitting on the floor with the cord tangled up, and they haven't broke yet. You must have just gotten defective headphones or wrecked the cords somehow.

Thanks guys but i dont think any one realy read my thread as the TV has HDMI but in the video theres like an audio for HDMI my TV Doesnt want that , and im not going bkack to scart i want to watch in HDMI . Thanks everyone

It all depends on the audio your tv supports as well i had to set my toshiba on the certain audio the headset support.

Paul are you saying you got no audio ports on the back of your tv? but you have HDMI slots?

I bought mine coming up a year ago, and now they don't work at all. First the sound went funny, gun shots sounded odd and cars sounded bad, and then it just stopped working. No audio through the headset at all, the mic works but i cant hear anything through them.

I now have to use my friends old x1s as he has recently bought some tritton ax720s
