Has anyone else emailed Sony and gotten a similar response? This is really starting to piss me off. This is not the first time I have emailed them. Every time I do tho they change the subject. Screw emailing them I'm calling them tomorrow. >_<

I hardly believe that their TOS doesn't allow you to do anything. And most emails are automated responses. If you are fed up with how they are emailing you, give them a call.

That was probably an automated response. Does sony really care about what you have to say? i really think that they dont. Theyre tired of all hackers complaining to them so theyre just going to give this off topic shit which is probably automated. I myself was a playstation hacker, then i realized sony wasnt screwin around when they said they would start banning. Im stuck on 3.55 CFW and have switched to xbox. Quit spamming sony, cuz its always going to be this resposne. sorry, but thats the way it is. See Ya Sony! =D

It doesn't matter they arnt going to give you your money back or anything like that your just wasting your time. Although it might feel good to give the CSR a piece of your mind its not productive.
