If it is a uk code it should work. Downloading it on a dummy account will allow all accounts on the console to use it, just make sure you don't delete the dummy until you're done.

Like he stated if it's a EU code, then it will work on a UK account, if not then your going to have to make a US account and use it to download, but make sure it supports your game ID e.g. BLES/BLUS. The reason I say this is because some content only work for certain game ID'S
