Delete all backup games/homebrew update to 3.55 OFW and then 3.56?
If i will download .pkg file (PSN games) and dont delete from my ps3 they can check if its illegal game? Its safe?

It's safe. There's this thing called **** PSN that let's you play online on cfw. I'm not sure because I upgraded to 3.56
