All we will have to do is decrypt the eboot and encrypt it for 3.55 then change all the .SFO / other files that contain 3.56 requirement on there and change it to 3.55 and presto bingo it's done, just like gt5. And we do have public keys for 3.56 so we will be able to decrypt it from 3.56. We just don't have private keys, in this case that's no problem because we are trying to encrypt it for 3.55. The ps3 won't accept new games because of the encryption on it, so thats why we just decrypt it.

Nope, it just checks if your on the current firmware seeing if your ps3 can decrypt t or not, on a 3.55 it will get rejected because the ps3 doesn't hold furteher firmware updates encrypt/decrypt info.
