Bad news for all of you who visited Geohot.com between January '09
and now. Sony now has the right to acquire the information of all
users who visited his site in that time frame. His webhost, BlueHost,
has no choice but to hand it over, legally.

The approved subpoena...
requires the company to turn over "documents reproducing all server logs, IP address logs, account information, account access records and application or registration forms" tied to Hotz's hosting. The Bluehost subpoena also demands "any other identifying information corresponding to persons or computers who have accessed or downloaded files hosted using your service and associated" with the You must login or register to view this content. website, including but not limited to the "geohot.com/jailbreak.zip file."

Sony is justifying this by saying that the acquisition of this
information is necessary to prove that he actually distributed the
PlayStation 3 hack, and also choosing a city venue with the
least prejudiced jury.
They also received a subpoena for his Blogger, YouTube account, the information of who
viewed, or commented on, the video, and a final subpoena for his twitter.

This is why x360 will always kick ass.

Also to further my argument, Sony can't touch the UK guys and the DMCA is a US law. This fact was also stated on the DMCA website:
'The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a US Copyright law and as such Companies like Google and Yahoo have to adhere to'
