Bad news for all of you who visited Geohot.com between January '09
and now. Sony now has the right to acquire the information of all
users who visited his site in that time frame. His webhost, BlueHost,
has no choice but to hand it over, legally.
The approved subpoena...
Sony is justifying this by saying that the acquisition of this
information is necessary to prove that he actually distributed the
PlayStation 3 hack, and also choosing a city venue with the
least prejudiced jury.
They also received a subpoena for his Blogger, YouTube account,the information of who
viewed, or commented on, the video, and a final subpoena for his twitter.
This is why x360 will always kick ass.

Maybe we will all be served papers in the mail next, I'm looking forward to the next thing. All kidding aside that Sony will not doing anything if you simply just visited the site. They will only seek action for those who uploaded anything.

Really in the end, Sony will go to any measure to protect their investments, Yes I know it sounds pretty shitty at the same time.
