im 99% sure they come with lower than 3.56

my advice is get one at the store it will be on less fw than 3.56 if not return it tell them it doesnt read or something
i work at walmart in electronics and we still have the shipment of ps3s from a few months ago
sony sends us likke 300 ps3 consoles when we sell out they send more our ps3s have 3.55 as i just bought 1 2 days ago and we still have about 175 or so consoles left and we sell them like crazy so probably other stores are the same
