ok now thats out of the way where should i buy it it to better my chances.. Best Buy, Wall Mart, Costco or Game Stop i would think i have a lower chance with game stop since they only sell gaming stuff.. idk advice please??

i dont know u got to ask him him if been online with it and did he update the system
