Basically. The air that comes out get's you all numb and you just hear ringings, like some trippy noises, and you laugh alot. If you ever done nos, then it's similar, but not nearly as intense. I don't recommend it, but I have had some funny shit that happened with my friends doing that shit lol But still, no dude. Wouldn't wanna try that again.
