If anyone is just curious to know what are the top 10 hardest trophies on the Playstation 3 might be; here is the list.

#10 Street Figher IV (Various Trophies):
Street Fighter IV was hard game, and it took quite a lot of skills to beat Gouken and Akuma on Medium difficulty. But beating Gouken on Hardest difficulty and bi-winning. If you’re going like ‘eh, I can do that’, then you’re either a Korean hardcore gamer or you have never played the game.

#9 Mirror’s Edge: Superstar:
This trophy can top the list, or it can be totally ignored. It demands perfection to an extent that may seem absolutely impossible. You have to receive a 3 Star ranking in almost every trial. The thing that makes this trophy not-to-be-taken-too-seriously is that it is a DLC trophy and not necessary for the Platinum.

#8 Mortal Combat vs. DC Universe: Supreme Champion
There are many other trophies besides this one that can really catalyze anger and rage, but this one tops the list. You have to complete all Kombo challenges to get this trophy, and it is a real pain in the ass. The day you manage to get this trophy is the day you should realize that it is time to finally start playing another.

#7 Demon’s Souls: Soldier:
Demon Souls seems to be infamous when it comes to trophies. Everyone has a complaint about the difficulty level of trophies, but the most bother is the Soldier’s Trophy. The Soldier’s Trophy demands that you acquire all the trophy weapons. If you’ve played the game, you’ll know exactly how difficult and time consuming that can be.

#6 Tom Clancy’s END WAR: Gates of Fire:
There are very few players, that have platinumed this game. Out of its terribly difficult trophies, Gates of Fire is the more famous one. In order to attain this Silver Troph, you have to
defend Capital in Siege 20 Times in Theatre of War. This is no easy feat.

#5 Pain (Various):
Trophies of Pain are painful to get. Some were just invented to kill your soul. This is easily one game which will make you sweat, bleed, and what-not to get its more difficult trophies.

#4 Killzone 2: Heroic Survivor:
If you try to take on this trophy, you’ll be cursing the AI’s ruthlessness and especially when you get to Radec, who will slaughter you. To attain this trophy, you have to finish the game on Elite difficulty. You might make it through all the goons, but Radec himself will be a walking nightmare for you.
(Just FYI, I played KZ2 with second hardest difficulty and managed to get against Radec, but I had to change difficulty to normal after 3 hours and one broken controller.)

#3 Grand Theft Auto IV: Wanted:
Yes, it is the terrible Wanted trophy. That means a rank of level 10. That also means 5 million dollars. You can just sit down and play this game all day long, destroying your social and general life, only to have yourself banging the controller on the wall – and still you’ll be just a touch too far away from attaining this trophy. Grand Theft Auto’s trophies are the most difficult to achieve on the PS3, and out of the lot the Wanted trophy tops it, because it requires time, dedication, and lots of skills.
(Just FYI: I got 199 pigeons killed and lost one pigeon :FU:, if I will find it; I'll get: Endangered Species (Silver) and Key To The City (Gold) trophies.)
#2 Wipeout H Beat Zico:
You either have to be out of your mind or be a machine to find this trophy easy. You have to equal or beat the 30.82 seconds lap time on Anulpha Pass (Forward), Speed Lap, Venom using the Piranha. That means total perfection. Many would say this tops the all-time difficult trophy list. But there's one more trophy that is even more ridiculous than this one.

#1 Fight Night Round 4: XXL:
This is number one most difficult trophy to achieve. You’ll have to be either a half-god or devote your entire life to playing a this game to get this trophy. The demand of this trophy is that you win the Heavyweight Championship belt in online world championship mode. That means be the number one player of this game in the entire world! Since there are more than 100,000 online boxers online, it’s almost impossible to even think you can attain this trophy.

Also are you trophy whore? I must admit that I'm, I've 9 platinum, but my trophy level is only 11. I just like to platinum my games . (and only Terminator is hacked, cause it's so boring)

The trophies for lost planet 2 must be the hardest trophies on any game. I believe this to be the hardest trophy ever.

A Collector's Collector -
Unlock all items (Weapons, character parts, abilities, noms de Guerre)

In this game there are 500 noms de Guerre and are very hard to get, in order to get the hardest noms de guerre you must be number 1 on the leaderboards. To platinum this game you are looking at 500+ hours.

Wow they shouldnt even have online trophies it's too hard

Ever heard of Ninja gaiden Sigma 2 and Gran Turismo 5?

The muscial ones like rockband are also very hard

I've got all the Mirror's Edge trophies, including the DLC ones (100% completion). Pain in the ass, but worth having.
