Get your PS3 into the recovery menu then do restore file system, then get into recovery menu again and do rebuild database.
It will then be on the XMB as a corrupted icon that you can delete.. if not try deleting it over FTP.
It worked for me.

Thanks. I actually got it to delete by Launching a Game (Black OPs) Then trying to delete it while on the main menu and clicking the PS Home button. and It worked :] Thanks Man.
