I downloaded a program similar to this and it wouldn't work =/.
Shame i just bought a new webcam so there is no need for this =D.

once youve installed you should have some icons on ur desktop thats called:
CL-Eye Test
run that and click devices and PS3Eye Camera
and there you go thats how to install it!
