Lawyers of Geohot have objected and have pointed to a post on the PS3Hax forum from someone claiming to be the owner of the account, blickmaniac, as well as the well known hardware hacker Bob Blick:

Update: The court has finally granted George Hotz’s Motion to Dismiss or Transfer (see the snippet below). According to the latest court documents, Hotz and his lawyers have accused Sony Computer Entertainment of America (SCEA) of not having any rights over the PS3 console–codes, programming tools, terms of service / user agreements, websites, etc–with the exception of the PlayStation Network (PSN) service–Sony Computer Enterainment of Japan (SCEJ) has ownership over the console
