It says it enters eligable gamers into a sweepstake for a play and win competition and it also says it only available to USA. 1000 v-bucks says it dont come out on the 11th lol.

check on youtube for the trailer as it looks like the new Japanese zombies map is awesome. New perks to, and there is also gameplay of the other maps to. HOPE THIS HELPS!
