Here in the latest Famitsu issue (Japanese magazine), you can see what appears to be Raiden from MGS4. (Take note the bandana over his eye). Also you see Big Boss or another clone of him. (Big Boss always wore an eyepatch on his right eye).

When is the release date? Was it announced or just the timer?

Expect to hear an announcement from KojiPro. at E3. They always tend to announce Metal Gear games a few months or a year after the previous one has been released. Don't expect an exact date though, because this might not be released until about another year or so.

The mag just confirmed that this would be another metal gear game. It also had an interview with Kojima in it, I'll see if I can find it.

I have been hearing alot about a new mgs game but i think this was suppoesedly a game 4 raiden like an offshoot but either way i will be geeting it. Just 4 months 2 go lol.

EDIT: Doh! Why didn't I realize it before? That ninja is definitely not Raiden. They look way too feminine, Raiden also has blue eyes. Now, it could be possibly Sunny.
