I was a playstation + subscriber since day one. I have not lost anything from it.

ummm, the only people who should be re-payed for the PS3 network outage are the ones who payed for PS+. No one else really rates to be re-payed since its free to play, which means the servers can go down whenever and they don't have to reimburse anyone b/c its free. Now if it was xbox where its 50 or 60 dollars a year then a reimbursement would be needed.
Plus if you are tripping over 3days without a PS3 then theres something wrong, do what i did go get some sun, hit up some friends and get a game of basketball going....

Not going to happen first your not entitled to it by law or by sony own terms.
If PSN down for 15 days blocking access to something you paided for then sony has to refund you. It in there own terms

Its not like Sony decided to shut down servers because they could. So the "its free so they owe nothing" vs "we want compensation" arguments really don't appjy.
To save face they should give us a liitle something but they don't OWE us shit.
Hell if their are power outages most utility bill companies don't give you shit lol.
