Although this is a community idea, that may or may not be listened too, at least we know there is some chance that it will be gone for good
I personally find it annoying, since i always get a guy drop on final stand when im on a multi spray and He gets me while i move on to the other guy, when i think he was about to die.

Solutions for Second Chance include taking it out entirely from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 or at least increasing the delay time before a struck character can shoot some rounds.
