The PlayStation Network has been down for a while now and reports had recently emerged that user’s credit card details were potentially at risk. Now, someone has had $600 in fraudulent withdrawals from their debit card this weekend that was linked to his PSN account.

I had $600 dollars in fraudulent withdrawals this weekend out of the debit card that I had associated with my PSN account. I do not know if it was related, but just a heads up.

So, it seems there’s a massive possibility that PSN user’s credit card details are indeed at risk; judging by the person above who stated his account had $600 taken out without his permission.
Also, due to the fact that Sony doesn’t even know yet if PlayStation Network user’s credit and debit cards linked with their PSN account is in trouble or not, this may have happened to many PSN users who had their cards tied in with their accounts.

if you noticed this by yourself please PM ill add you to the list , i want to make a list to contact sony !

I use a credit card myself but honestly who is retarded enough to keep it linked to your account? ALWAYS make sure it is not saved to your account when you are done making a purchase, you never know who could get a hold of your account and start spending away!!

Yeah using PSN cards is always a plus. I would never put my Credit or Debit card on my PSN account. Good luck to everyone who might be at risk. It could just be an isolated event,

Trust me this is fake.. im almost 99% sure that this is fake.. 600 dollars stolen? looks fake to me.. i mean nobody would take that much of amount if he was a hacker, why? because the bank would notice it easily.. it would be smart if they take small amounts from different cards.. but this sounds fake to me..
