(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Sony has promised that this week the first few functions of the PlayStation Network come back online. The week is almost over and there is as yet no line for us, but they are there working on it.
A select group of gamers currently testing the PlayStation Network on behalf of Sony. Below is the SignOfZodiac gamer, who Just uploaded a video on YouTube has posted this. He has also told that there is indeed a new firmware update has come.

he doesn't scroll to show us the OFW version.

Actually he doesn't even move across the XMB. Also, his background is black (how convenient for photoshopping/video editing), and he has the cursor over PS Home and the PS Home background didn't even appear.

Hmm... Could this be a cheap way of getting him subscribers or is this true?

I don't know if this is true or not but if it is then PSN should be back up in 1-3 days.

y would it be fake? Notice the date and time and the slow flashing of the cursor/highlited option

The CFW devs would need to know what kind of checks are being put in place before they can do a work around for it. So, unless they have someone inside giving them information, and they are coding their asses off, odds are good you'll be waiting.

I just want to know if some developer is on the scene to develop a CFW of the new PS3 FW by analyzing the new FW. I just hope once the new FW is released, they could get started right away.
