Okay guys I just saw a video that I'll be putting on the bottom for some reason this just seems so immature and pathetic, that I decided to make a thread about it.
WOW this is funny but at the same time it is so... what should I call this?
I mean, Sony employees are SO nice and have too much patience, the guy never said "you know what, bye" and never said anything wrong, he just kept asking and responding nice... this is just wrong guys, if you're gonna troll at least do it in a nice way.
Seriously if it was me, I would've track your location (by your cell phone number) and end up making you pay for it:carling: I mean seriously? they are doing their job, leave them alone. I wonder what would be YOUR impression if this was Sony talking to you like that huh??
Trolling is fun if you know how to do it, but saying all things to a guy who is just trying to be nice is just ridiculous. I mean you could have done better without insulting him/them.
PSN is down? do something else while it is down besides playing, and remember this, it is better to have your information save, your account safe etc. Unless you don't care about anything and that all you just want is play online /facepalm. Or after a week having PSN down again because of some failures, or hackers again hacking the PSN, or having PSN down again for 2 more weeks (or even a month) do you want that? I mean give them the time that they need to make sure everything is completed and right. I've seen some people saying "**** Sony, i dont care about security shitz... all i want is psn back" really? what if they leave it like that, probably by the time you get the chance to "sign in" you won't have your account anymore

You do know why some people don't give a damn and just want online right? It's because they haven't bought anything, don't have PSN +, or just buy their stuff with PSN cards. Some people just don't understand how serious credit card and identity theft is.
I never understood why people call expecting to get answers. If credible websites dont know then what are the odds of a Sony employee being able to tell anything?
I am growing more pissed off by how Sony keeps prolonging this shit. I ain't buying that they thought it would be by end of week but now they have to delay. BS
You are right 100%, I mean it is funny, but the guy is doing his job and do you know how tiring it must be? Receiving calls insulting Playstation, Sony, PSN, etc. I really admire their patience.
I couldn't honestly say that I would have been able to hold my composure as well as the customer support employees did. I know that they are definitely earning their money now and will be until PSN comes back online.
