I doubt many people are buying Socom, B.O. or LB2 when there's no online. Any time a corporation looses money the end user always ends up paying for it. I just wanted to post up and see what everyone else thinks on this. Sure, Sony may give us free dlc when psn comes back online but in what ways down the road so to speak do you think they will try and make their profits back?

Nobody's going to pay for PSN after this. There's no point. We all might aswell switch to Xbox.

Nope the only thing they have going for them right now is that their service is free(also slightly better system). If they made us pay after they kind of "****ed" us over with their system information getting hacked, a lot of people would switch over to x-box.

Read my 5th sentence. I didn't miss anything. I know they're giving us free crap. And that's probably what it will be. Two crappy games noone would play unless they were given out for free. Lets hope not. Do you understand what "down the road" means? I'm referring to after all this blows over and Sony thinks everyone has forgotten about it. That's when I think they'll start upping prices on dlc, subscriptions, movie rentals, and such. Maybe in a few months they'll start charging us to watch Pulse We'll just have to wait and see.
