You can't authorize and change the password of account made on psn 1 on psn 2.

Now, people who say they can change their psn passwords, its because they are currently using the same system in which they AUTHORIZED IT.

On the other hand, Most people are now getting 'a server error has occured', from what ive tried, you cant send for an email from the XMB.

you have to sign in from local countries website, and wait that 24 hours, unless somehow you had sex with a unicorn and it had magical email babies.

Yep hotmail. What if hotmail is blocking all emails from sony due to alot of emails coming to people from sony? Like they think its spam while its not.

If thats the case the block should be fixed once less people demand passwords back so a day i hope or so

I think it is hotmail since my friends on Gmail received theirs in like 2 hours while I'm on hotmail and still haven't gotten an email

I just spammed the shit out of us.playstation.com and I ended up luckily getting an email,it's possible hotmail is filtering Sony emails as junk so.... Check their.
