PSN #1 made ; tyrone_tookmy_KFC
PSN #2 : U lets say got a new ps3 for warranty or what not.

You can't authorize and change the password of account made on psn 1 on psn 2.

Now, people who say they can change their psn passwords, its because they are currently using the same system in which they AUTHORIZED IT.

On the other hand, Most people are now getting 'a server error has occured', from what ive tried, you cant send for an email from the XMB.

you have to sign in from local countries website, and wait that 24 hours, unless somehow you had sex with a unicorn and it had magical email babies.

from here theirs 2 possiblities, one you either got a new ps3, or hotmail truly is bugged.
well i mean either way getting a new ps3 means un-authentication leads to the email process.
from here the only solution i have is to, go to us.playstation.com 'save password' when your browser asks you,
and continously spam the SHIT out of it for 15~20 minutes from few hours to other hours.
