IF your using a different ps3 from which you signed your psn with.
So for example
PSN #1 made ; tyrone_tookmy_KFC
PSN #2 : U lets say got a new ps3 for warranty or what not.
You can't authorize and change the password of account made on psn 1 on psn 2.
Now, people who say they can change their psn passwords, its because they are currently using the same system in which they AUTHORIZED IT.
On the other hand, Most people are now getting 'a server error has occured', from what ive tried,
you cant send for an email from the XMB.
you have to sign in from local countries website, and wait that 24 hours,
unless somehow you had sex with a unicorn and it had magical email babies.
