Well they dint do that, because i was perma banned on my ps3 and now im unbanned same for my other ps3 i was banned from making accounts now i can make accounts and play, looks like sony failed doing that.
and on my other ps3, i was banned from making accounts, and last night i made an account, so it works

im not here for a damn dictionary. damn it if it would be possible for ppl to check if they are no longer perma banned due to the network going down. thats all i ask for to. unfortanetly i have not been banned from psn. So i do not know if this would be true.

Tranquility.
Just cause they restarted dosn't mean anything! If you were banned before you should still be banned, they still move that to the new server! Thats like NGU, we moved the old banned people to the new vBulletin!

Playstation new servers does not mean playstation new records
They backed everything up obviously and encrypted it more.
So your banned because your ban was backed up and if your banned ur fault buy a new ps3 or something stop saying omg im banned and shit
