Well they dint do that, because i was perma banned on my ps3 and now im unbanned same for my other ps3 i was banned from making accounts now i can make accounts and play, looks like sony failed doing that.
and on my other ps3, i was banned from making accounts, and last night i made an account, so it works

whoa dude calm ur ass down im not banned. what i wanna know is if ppl that are banned are capable to come back on psn threw their banned consoles due to the reconstruction of psn, SONY even said that they are reconstructing. and in possible ways or flaws that sony can make is that bannedd consoles might have access now.
