(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ive posted this on the forum many times but no-one seems to help, whenever i load black ops up nothing happends it just stays black, when i eject the disc it goes back to the xmb its not the disc because i tried it on a friends ps3 and it worked, its not the ps3 because i restored the whole thing and it still doesnt work, ive had this problem for months and its really annoying me now, if anyone knows what is wrong please let me know thanks

Try a dvd lens cleaner, if that doesn't work then delete the patch and try to load black ops without the patch and see if it loads up (you will be signed out) I wouldn't suggest you use a patch blocker since you'll get reset, if it does load up then it may be just the patch and you might have to contact activision or wait for a new patch to be released if that doesn't work then it's probably your ps3

Sign out of PSN and delete the black ops patch, see if it works after you do that. You could also try making a new user and trying it on that.

Either something corrupted, or missing ! Stop tryng to mod your lobbys :p

just did a full format took about 4 hours and black ops still wont work

Do you have ur BO settings to jump straight to multiplayer? If so maybe your banned??? Idk im just assuming

nah you see when u delete your save data and game data, everything goes back to default settings on black ops, i restored my ps3 and it still doesnt work, its really weird because other games work and black ops works in my friends house

Shit, thats right...how long ago did you buy it? If close try to get a refund.

Btw have you tried a DIFFERENT Disc on ur PS3
like burrow ur friends BO and see
