(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ive posted this on the forum many times but no-one seems to help, whenever i load black ops up nothing happends it just stays black, when i eject the disc it goes back to the xmb its not the disc because i tried it on a friends ps3 and it worked, its not the ps3 because i restored the whole thing and it still doesnt work, ive had this problem for months and its really annoying me now, if anyone knows what is wrong please let me know thanks

it used to work a few weeks ago, then it just stopped, i cant be banned i didnt do nothing and it would say if im banned

call sony tell them your problem they will try their best to solve your problem if they fail they might even send you another ps3 to replace that one

my friend had this problem if im mistaken sony sent him a new one so try it and see what they say

Check your parental controls, But I doubt that would be it if MW2 is working

its a combination of the shitty ported game, your ps3, and the game disk. i also have the same problem. i do beleive it is mostly because its ported to the ps3 from the 360. but some of the reason is your ps3 and the disk. make sure the disk is wiped of well. also if you have never cleaned your ps3 you should look into cleaning it :y: atleast a lens cleaner. on my brothers ps3 i used my disk, it will freeze up a LOT(after EVERY game) also sometimes wouldnt even start. but i got my brothers black ops disk and it works perfectly. so with that its somewhat the disk.

before my ps3 got console banned it would freeze up after every game, cleaned my ps3 worked fine....but still i believe that its mainly because its ported from the 360
