now i decided to go account management to put the money on and i noticed i now have £30 while i was getting errors it was adding money. now i have £30 that i dont want. i got ferrari challenge i got the red ps store symbol and guess what it hasnt gone to my active downloads.

i jumped on fifa after this i have alook at the ut store and i seend the premium gold players pack i decided to buy 1. error so i tried again error.
now im down £4.40 and i got no gold packs even though i just paid for them.

I really wouldn't bother trying to get a refund, EA are just as useless as Sony.

I tried to download somehing and it lagged and I got error, but it only bought it once. And EA is better than Activision.

Are you getting a error saying failed install or something like that? If so im getting same while just trying to redownload First Strike

Ahh right cause when i tried to Download the First Strike DLC it was 800.... and then a message about failed on install process

i got that before aswell error code downloading first strike but i redownloaded sumthing else alot smaller and that downloaded and then the first strike activated and downloaded
