now i decided to go account management to put the money on and i noticed i now have £30 while i was getting errors it was adding money. now i have £30 that i dont want. i got ferrari challenge i got the red ps store symbol and guess what it hasnt gone to my active downloads.

i jumped on fifa after this i have alook at the ut store and i seend the premium gold players pack i decided to buy 1. error so i tried again error.
now im down £4.40 and i got no gold packs even though i just paid for them.

I have only just been able to download my first strike again, kept getting stupid errors, now to find someone to borrow Escalation off

I would call them, dont email them. Because then the transaction will already go through your bank! And its harder to reverse!! So call them up and say hey this isnt right. And if they dont want to cooperate call your bank, they will refund you than they will go after sony. And once again sony has another law suite. HAHA, so call them though they will most likely see whats going on.
