that means you lost your ticket bro...try another account. i lost all 3 of mine. i cant get anything...im calling them

they up in america, i went on my american account and was they up

Tip:Go another account if you already lost your 2 game tickets on your other account.
1.Go to Welcome Back
2.Click on Welcome Back PS3 Game 1.
3.If you get error just try again but don't go back to where it shows the whole menu just click circle if you get a error then click "Get Now" until you get it same for Game Download.
4.Repeat for Welcome Back 2.
