Go on the store and click on latest adn you will see it
READ When picking your 2 games make sure you pick 2 at once as i picked infamous then went off the store and the games arnt there anymore so i only got to pick 1 free game

Hey man u should add this to your thread because people are having trouble downloading their games and this is another alternative if that happened "go into account management>transaction management>services list>SCEA Promotions to download the games. " -Playstation Blog

Sony is currently rolling out the content previously detailed in its "Welcome Back" package in North America. A post on the US PlayStation Blog details as much, and dishes out a lengthy FAQ on the offerings. First and foremost, if you weren't a PlayStation Network user before April 20, 2011, you're out of luck.
For the rest of us, PS3 owners can choose two free games from a list of five, while PSP owners can choose two free games from a list of four. To do so, head to the PlayStation Store and then to the "Welcome Back" area where you'll see the selection of titles (seen above).

Try to look for it in the view download. Thats what happened to me. i thought it went but it was in the download section.
