that is one stupid reply sorry to flame but it is.... look at the gbs per second and u will see which console can handle more.... just because the xbox has 512 mb ram it doesnt make it better for multitasking..... the ps3 has better ram =, maybe one day you will understand how it works

and if you watch e3 they anounce a party system for psvita which includes cross game chat and it will deffinately come to ps3 aswel, its obvious.... the reasons for this.. the ps3 have been asking for this function since release, the party system will be a new selling point for the ps3 as people on xbox have said that if the ps3 gets a party system then they will switch consoles, why would they make a party system solely for the psvita? it makes no sense purely for the fact that the ps3 community would be Pi***d as they have been requesting it for years

the ps3 simply wont be able to handle it. obv they could of put it in a long time ago, or even built it when psn was down. they just wont admit it.

the ps vita probably has the abililty to run it
