(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i got bored and hooked up the colored jacks and turned on black ops.....and holy shit! everything was so blurry and and ugly.....then put hdmi back in...and was like i seen the face of god...but this is prolly only a ps3 issue...360 using colored jacks prolly looks like our hdmi and and there hdmi is where some ppl get confused and think theres realy a guy pointing a machine gun at them croutched on a bunkbed! there are various types of cables.....

AV cables (red/yellow/white) standar for not so old tvs... only 480p 480i

Component video cables (red/yellow/green/blue/red(yes another red) and this cable support up to 1080i if THE TV CAN HANDLE IT. 1080p its not supported by this type of cables

S-video cable. required a red and yellow cable for audio only and i think this cable only suppoprt 480 and 576i so its not even HD, only a super standart definition haha

and of course the HDMI we all know that cable =D up to 1080p

I have all the different type of cables... Av cables, HDMI cables, Green&red&blue cables, S-video cables... I personally like HDMI better out of all of them :wtf:

I cannot play any game without hdmi... end of story.

I kindda do but its for my hdpvr its 720p component cables :p

:dumb: they are the same thing moron the color jacks 4 ps3 and xbox are the same only diffrence between xbox and ps3 is with hdmi xbox is brighter

i have two ps3's

one i use Component Cable for it (1080i Maximum)
and the other one i use AV cable for it

guys its immature to say peoples poor ect for using component / av cables myself i run hdmi but for a while i had a old tube tv
not everyone has a mommy/ daddy that will buy them anything they want if they were like my parents they would say your lucky to have that shitty tv
so yeah peoples not poor or dumb there just not spoiled ass brats
