Are you high?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I bought a YLOD ps3 from my friend at school, and then fixed it (and now he is so pissed haha) with a hairdryer - but my question is... How LONG will that fix last?

Save Point
I fixed my PS3 that had the yellow light. It lasted for about 3 months, till it died again. Try getting a fan, and putting it next the the internal fan in the PS3. thats what I did, and I got 3 months outta it

Ok it normally only lasts about 3-4 months but you can keep doing it giving you the time to save up for a better one!!! Also at the same time as you have the items to hand you can then solder the wire that is held on by tape!!!

By the way why have you got a video camera in your room?? Just hoping you would post what you are videoing!!!!!! Ha ha ha :2k7:

The oven fix is the easiest method. Only a noob would mess up. There's even
a video(several) of a guy who tried it out and succesfully worked.
