I tried resetting it but it still does the same thing. I plug it the controller, it blinks twice and shuts off. I don't think its the wire because it charges my Sixaxis controller just fine. Am I doing something wrong or do I have to get a new one?

have you tried the reset button on the back of the controller?

Yeah as I wrote, I did press the button in the back, plugged in and unplugged. It still does the same things

i have had the same problem before with it not connecting the controller wirelessly, i just left the ps3 off for a while(a day or so) and then it worked fine.....

Right this is a long shot, Is the controller that wont work set as Controller 1 or higher? if that is fine then maybe the controllers bluetooth chip has broken

Same problem your Bluetooth went out.

i bought one off ebay and it only worked with a wire in i tought maby sumtin was loose so i opened it and foind out it was pretty much empty so i just said f*** it i had a fearly long so i just used it for a while until my buttens started to fall into the hollow shell really pissed me off

In the controller? It's brand new. Can't be the ps3, my other controller works
