this not mate lloks like you will need a new ps3

just phone sony up with a different serial number and you will get a new ps3 but you can only do it once as you get blacklisted like my mate

Check the ribbon cable of the BF drive. Ensure its properly inserted. Make sure none of the exposed copper at the tip is tearing away.

Also, not saying you did forgot, check if the power cable is properly plugged in on the BD Drive.

On the demos etc, if you messed around with the folders and files while on CFW, its better to rebuild the HDD structure from the recovery menu.
