I've never been banned I get in arguments with people though and trash talk them calling the many things and then they say i'm gonna report you and they never do. My favourite thing is when the people think that saying "Your gonna get banned cuz i have a mate that works for IW" pfft i've heard that so many times and it usally comes from some 7,8 year old that thinks he can scare you.

I got reported with a video of me using UFO but nothing happened to me xD

This is how it goes.

Sony can ban anyone for breaking their rules
Sony can ban for breaking game company rules
Sony can ban without being sued, who ever said that is incorrect
Sony has the right to ban everyone from the PSN for any reason that they seem reasonable

Creating a new account will not unban you. They know your consoles mac address and it's physical address.
Sony know your IP address and location

Once you have perma ban, you're banned.

I got banned for glitching in home, banned for a week

I got banned for having a offensive ID. My brother was banned for bad offensive behavior on home. But really, I know we were both banned cuz we talked sht to mods on PS HOME. Dem Nazis thought they could boss us around like wez dey kids. They can kiss my ass.
