(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay don't flame this I'm not exactly sure if this is the right section anyway, but if you have mods on an OFW PS3 and you do a data transfer with another OFW PS3 for money, is it illegal. By illegal, I mean would you get sued or arrested or anything lke that. If you could please answer this question, then I'll rep+ you.

I would say, just don't ask and don't tell what's on the ps3, just do the transfer. I fix Pc's and never ask what's on the hd's when I do backups and hard drive transfers. should be the same. According to Sony, it's bad to use "there"Ps3 even tho you bought it, for anything or do anything that doesn't put money in there pockets. Anything free is against TOS and you can get banned :bat:
